When most bubble tea suppliers were focused on established markets: Asia, Europe, and North America, BOBA EMPIRE was asking a different question:

That question took us to places that had never seen bubble tea before. To Islamic heartlands in North Africa. To landlocked nations between ancient mountain ranges. To remote island communities in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. To culturally diverse Caribbean islands at the gateway of South America.
None of these were established markets. There were no guarantees. There was no playbook. And all of it happened during a global pandemic, when the rest of the world was closing its doors. We were opening new ones.
We did not go because the numbers made sense. We went because bubble tea belonged there, too. That conviction has never changed.
