Giant BOBA Milk Tea
Ingredients:
- BOBA EMPIRE Grass Jelly Powder
- BOBA EMPIRE Earl Grey Milk Tea Powder
- BOBA EMPIRE Non-Dairy Creamer
Instructions:
- To make the giant boba: dissolve 40g grass jelly powder in 240cc boiling water.
- Pour into spherical molds and refrigerate overnight.
- Place the giant boba into a serving cup.
- Mix 150cc Earl Grey tea with 30g non-dairy creamer.
- Add 20cc fructose (or golden cane syrup) and ice, then shake thoroughly.
- Pour the milk tea over the boba.
- A bold and classic Giant BOBA Milk Tea is complete.
